I am on a budget around $800-$850
I plan on ordering this weekend!
I only play one game(heroes of newerth), and a ton of photoshopping(wife is photographer)
I am very open to overclocking, I am very fascinated with it and want this to be a hobby.
I have plenty of HD space on externals.
I WANT FAST on a BUDGET!!
I have done a ton of research and this is what i have setup.

Phenom II x3 720 - plan to overclock to max potential!

The case, it is cool looking and it has built in SSD adapter that houses 2 SSDs

I will grab a Corsair H50 water cooler for the cpu - it is on sale at best buy for $59.
I have an Asus radeon HD 4650

All of this comes out to $810 after shipping and mail-in-rebates including the water cooler.
I am very open to changes as long as the price does not change to much, also recommendations to graphic cards! on a budget of course.

Solution
The SSDs will likely be bottlenecked by the lack of SATA III ports on your motherboard, and when you use SSDs they like to have empty space (generally up to half full is a good amount). This means that effectively you will only have 60GB for OS, programs, and some storage. Another thing to think of is that external devices will take longer to transfer data to. Personally I would choose the F3s in raid 0.

That is what the SSDs are for, the OS and a little bit of data. I was also wondering whether the SSDs are worth it, or should I go for something like 2 of the Samsung F3 1TB in raid 0. I do not care about the little space for the money if the performance in the SSDs is worth it.

Like I said above.. I have plenty of external space... Every time my wife finishes a photo session on photoshop she puts everything on to an external anyways.. i do not know whether the mass storage is important because i have 2tb external
