5 identical machines, one blue screening

Hi, I have five machines running, all with identical hardware and identical BIOS settings. They all run stable under Prime95 for 6+ hours, Intel Burn Tests, Memtest86+ etc, however one of them is blue screening with error x101 (increase Vcore?) under normal use.

Related specs:
i7-3930k @ 4.4 GHz 1.3v (except for the offending machine which is now at 1.35v)
32GB G.Skill 2133 MHz RAM @ 1600 MHz 1.5v
Corsair H100 CPU cooler

Any ideas why one of the machines requires such a big difference in Vcore to operate? Would this be a faulty CPU? Faulty PSU? Any input would be appreciated.

Ideally I'd like it to run the at the same Vcore as the other machines as the .5v increase is increasing temps to levels I'm not to keen on for a 24/7 build (mid 70's under load)

Thanks in advance
