Hello, is this a good board for Intell E5300 or Q8300? It has a pcie 16 slot. If it doesn't specify then it's version I or II?

Its an OK motherboard, and has a PCI-E 16x (1.0) slot, what's your budget ? there maybe better options.

I am building a very budgetary system. I don't think that anyone sales pcie graphic cards any more. Would any pcie2 X16 graphic card will be backwardly compatible with this slot? One more question: is the memory's speed, for example, 800 have to match the motherboard's FSB? or one thing has not thing to do with another? Many thanks.

Yes PCI-E 2.0 is backward compatible with 1.0.
And now,the memory speed can differ from FSB's speed.
