Solution
Newegg.ca has horrible combo deals >.<

We'll here's one build that will work.

Case
Antec 300 $69.99
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042

Mobo
One you linked is fine $134.99

PSU
OCZ modxstream pro 600W $88.99 w/ $25 MIR
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341017

RAM
Corsair XMS3 DDR1333 9-9-9-24 $83.49
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145251

Timings are bad, but newegg.ca doesn't have anything better anywhere close to that price. I'd rather you spend more on GPU as that'll be a bigger performance boost.

CPU/GPU
5770 and Phenom II x4 $305.48
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.314327

Total: $682.94 before shipping and $25 MIR
Ditch the Thermaltake PSU. Stick to Corsair, OCZ, SeaSonic, FSP, Antec Earthwatts or PC Power & Cooling. These are all good quality PSU brands, and shouldn't be too expensive.

If you can, I would spend a little extra to get an HD 5770.

These changes can be offset by looking for combos or getting an X4 620 or X3 425 CPU. It won't impact performance in what you're doing.
