Hi guys,
I'm looking for the best graphics card that fits my budget, around $200. The cards so far that are in that range are the Radeon 7850 and 7870, and the newly released GTX 660. Do you think that the 660 is currently the best choice for the money? If so, which one of these would be better:
MSI: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
EVGA: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

(I'm asking this because the MSI card is currently $205 on newegg with rebate, is this a good deal?)

That is a pretty decent deal. As for between the two MSI and EVGA are both great brands. I think most would lean towards EVGA as they have great customer support (I'd agree with them too). You could also look into buying a used card from forums like here, overclock.net, anandtech, and hardform.

If you are going with th 660, the EVGA has the edge over MSI. However, I would choose the 7870 for generally better performance. Some games favour one or the other so it depends on what games/programs you are running.

Why do you say that EVGA is better than MSI? From the benchmarks that i've seen, they run about the same, and the MSI is a lot cooler.

I'd get THIS card:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

*I'm not sure if you can still get the Borderlands 2 voucher (GTX660Ti or higher) but the GTX660Ti is better than a GTX660 with this $60 game.

So if you plan to buy Borderlands 2 anyway then get the GTX660Ti for $300!
