Startnow removal

i have tried to remove startnow from my computer and it will not go!! I have uninstalled it , and i have reset my google chrome to its original and i do not know what is going on just want it gone; so that when i open up google it has the default that i have set not this 'startnow' programme

Delete your internet cache (cookies) or look for and delete these
