Is this heatsink ok?

im going to be buying either an i5 2500k or an i5 3570k (havent decided yet).
im going to be overclocking the 2500k to at least 4.5 but not over 5.0 (somewhere in between).
if i get the 3570k i will probably oc it at a comfortable 4.5 and sit it there.


my question, will this heatsink do the trick for either at those oc rates?

And its easier to get 4.5 on a sandy bridge than it is on an ivy bridge.

for an OC of 4.5, I would go with the Ivy. Any higher and I would consider the Sandy instead. As for coolers, the V8 can block RAM slots. This option is cheaper:
