yes it will mount to the board and according what i googled your case should have the clearance for the cooler (though it will be admitadly kinda close)

It will fit your case no problem since the HAF X is the biggest case CM makes.
The bigger question is do you have the low profile HyperX ram or the really tall kit?
The tall kit may cause you issues with cooler installs depending on how many dimms are filled.

guys you don't know what I mean, I mean won't the cpu cooler block the hyperx rams and the hyperx fan on the motherboard ? wouldn't I need a wider motherboard ?

So i guess my previous post doesn't get what you mean?

You didn't answer my question? i know exactly what you mean.
Do you have this type.

Plus you don't really need a ram fan anyways.
Measure in mm from the middle of the cpu socket to your first dimm socket.
That will detemine how wide of a cooler you can use.So if it's 60mm you can use a 120mm wide cooler if you don't have ridiculously tall ram.

Maybe the V6GT isn't for you it's huge btw.
I can think of a number of coolers just as good that aren't nearly as big.

thanks for the fast reponse.

I am going to buy the first ones you linked, the 6gb ddr3 1600mhz, and I found them bundled with a hyperx ram fan which looks cool.

and I already bought the case and cpu cooler , and I want the v6gt cause it also looks extremely cool.

I am willing to pay upto 280$ ona mobo but it needs to have room to hold the v6gt and hyperx rams with their fan. and I don't think the evga x58 ftw3 can hold them all.

You do realize your making things difficult for yourself with that ram and a fan that goes with it.(unnecessary imo.
That ram is the tallest ram made and by no means does it make it any better then other ram.
By choosing that ram kit you've eliminated 95% or more of the air-coolers on the market.
Here's some more appropriate ram kits that won't cause dimm and cooler install problems.

Or any Corsair XMS kit the ram is only 33mm tall.
Say goodbye to the CM V6GT if you buy the HyperX T1 kit.
