Can't Read

I have set my tv to be my computer screen. Watching dvds, movies, ect. are just fine it has a good picture. When I try to read anything it is very blury and distorted. Wht can i do to make the word quality as good as the picture quality?

make the resolution match the native resolution of the tv.
increase the font of the text?

I think this is a common problem or atlest it is with my tv aswell.

Thanks for that. As much as I hate to ask, how do you do that? I am so new to all this.
