Is 650w pwr supply enough to power an i7 + mobo + 3 HDD + card

i have a seasonic SS-650HT Active PFC power supply,
am upgrading my machine getting
either an i5 750 or i7 920 with new mobos
will run my old card 8800 gts ( may get another if i have to),
also i currently have 3 HDD may get another..
is the power supply enough... or i need a new one.
