Upgrading RAM from 1333 mhz to 2200 MHZ

Hi i have i5-760 with GA-m55-D2h motherboard as per the website of gigabyte this Mobo supports 2200++ will this give me performance boost in games. I am currently using 2 X 2 GB kingston RAM.

Tbh, an upgrade from 4gb to 8gb or 1333mhz ram would be more of a performance boost than just 4gb of 2200mhz. You wouldnt really benefit from more fps in games from faster ram. Probably a frame per second better.

it means better for go for 8GB ram rather than a 2200MHZ ram as it would be cheaper & more performance
