when i connect my usb to computer it ask me to format and i don't want my data to get erase.

You might want to change your topic since it has nothing to do with your question. it should read something like "my external drive is no longer working". Windows will ask you to format a drive when it no longer recognizes the file system on that drive.

Try attaching the drive to a different computer and see if it's recognized ok. You can also try removing the drive from it's enclosure and mounting it internally and see if it is recognized that way.
