Drives not visible in Disk Management

This past week I installed a new Mushkin SSD and now I have a odd problem where 2 of the drives are no longer visible in disk management. The weird part is the show on the BIOS flash screen and they are visible in Intel RST software. I would love to hear some ideas on what to do. Specs are as followed
Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s (BIOS F10 latest)
CPU Intel i5 2500K ( 4.2 GHz)
OS Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Memory Mushkin Enhanced 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800 9-9-9-24 Blackline
Graphics Card GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 560 1GB GDDR5 (GV-N56GOC-1GI)
PSU Mushkin Enhanced Joule 700 W
Hard Drives Mushkin Enhanced Chronos Deluxe MKNSSDCR120GB-DX 2.5" 120GB SATA III firmware V332 (Latest)
Seagate 1TB- works great and used as photo storage drive

Intel 320 Series 40 GB SATA 3.0 Gb-s 2.5-Inch SSD
WD Caviar Black 500GB Serial ATA HD 7200/32MB/SATA-3G

More about drives visible disk management
  1. I never did get a reply here but Thanks to Sean over on the Mushkin Forum we got it figured out. The problem turned out to be the Intel RST driver. After reverting back to the stock W7 driver all is well and all drives are present/working great. If interested yo can read about it here.
