What motherboard should I buy?

what mb do you recommend for this config: phenom II x4 945, gtx 460 1gb, 4 gb RAM 1333?
preferably with ATA 133 support, for my old dvd rom, but thats not necessary.
And it would be nice to be able to do some OC in the future.

The board Maziar linked to is newer tech with the AMD 880 chip set. The 8xx chip set supports usb3 and SATA 6Gb.
I would look into a 8xx series board from Gigabyte, Asus or MSI.

Yeah, but that motherboard is like 140$ in my country, even though it's only 95 on newegg.... so maybe I should say I need a mb that costs not more than 80$ on newegg.

Then a board from Gigabyte, MSI or Asus with AMD 770 or 785 chip set would fit the bill.
