AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition Overclock

Hey guys, I'm new around here, and I was wondering if you guys think this build ideal for overclocking and how much I can overclock with it (MAX). I wanna get the best performance possible without spending more than this costs.
Here's the Build:

no one can tell you what your max overclock is gonna be there are too many variables...not every chip is created equal yours could OC like a champ or it could be unstable 1mhz over stock speeds.....but that being said you should be able to get a decent OC out of that chip and cooler setup 4.0ghz-4.2ghz would def be reachable

There are plenty of CPU overclocking guides on the internet, including here on these forums in the CPU and overclocking sections...(hint, they are really, really close to this forum topic in the directory)

Also- I hear that www.Google.com works surprisingly well to find answers to questions.
