1055t stock liquid cooler 2.8 to 3.5 help

ok so I got a 1055t and it has a stock water cooler. I also have 4 gigs ram 2x2gig 1333 corsair dominator ram. when I overclock this what variables and ram like speeds should i go when i overclock?

I just don't know what to put my volts and ram really. Please help!!
