Hi, I'm using Asus Maximus 3 Extreme motherboard.
It was fine till couple of days ago(nothing special happened),
then all of sudden, when i boot up the computer, Republic of Gamer logo screen(which is the first screen you see on bios bootup)
lasts for like 3~4mins before actually going into the bios bootup process. It usually takes around 5~10seconds.

Can anyone help me with it please? >.<

Cheers

Don't know if this will help, but a couple of days ago my system was doing something similar and it was a bad SATA cable going to my DVD player.

I should check all my SATA cable then...... :S
If i disconnect my Raid configured sata cable, would the configuration get screwed...?

I haven't played with RAID enough to know for sure. But that may be why your Boot process is taking so long... the system is having trouble finding the Raid configuration?

the Raid config comes after.
I've been using raid config for ages, it wasn't slow(it adds up extra bootup sequence, but it only takes like 3seconds).
but after looking at the bootup thing... its taking ages to detect usb mass storage device... I don't have any external hdd or any mp3 player,
or any sort of usb mass storage device connected to my computer :S
