Even when I set one of my Local Network with a "higher priority" in the Advanced Settings Windows 7 (Ultimate 64 bit) will still use the second to browse internet instead of the one I want. Both LANs have internet access.

Try hard setting the 2nd network connection but don't use a default gateway. This should force it to use the 1st connection. What do you use the 2nd connection for?
Thanks sturm! It worked!
Mainly for the local files, on our file server - both networks have internet access tho.
