No signal from graphic card

Hello my computer send no signal to monitor ,i changed graphic card and still the same problem.i checked the monitor with two other pcs and its fine,i think there is no power suply also to the keyboard and mouse.
any one has an idea what the problem might be?

but to take a stab at the obvious, are you actually plugging the monitor into the video card? or the one on the mobo?

does your video card have a PCIe power connector that needs to be used?
