can the fan height be adjusted to fit with the ram? or is there a more suitable heatsink for the same price?

yes the fan can def be adjusted to fit ram under it....it just slides up....and that is pretty much the best cpu cooler you can get for the price....if you get it you wont be disappointed.

nice man that sounds like a good plan thats why I love that cooler works great and is cheap as hell....you could even find its older bro the hyper 212+ for like 15 bucks at some stores
