You need to re-word your post and maybe post it on a native language forum for you. It sounds like you want to establish a direct connection to a satellite, you can get a job at NASA, that would do it. Some non-govt companies like Telestar and maybe a few others have access to their satellites.

If you just want to use GPS, get any of the 1,000 GPS products out there.
