I7 860 OC w/ Undervolting

I am trying to lower the voltages on my i7 860 with Turbo Boost at 3620 Mhz in the BIOS. However, when pressing + it increases of course but when [pressing - it does not go lower than auto voltage...
How do I get it to go lower?

Have you touched LLC (load line calibration)?

No I haven't touched anything else, I am not a very experienced overclocker.
