Updating my BIOS

Hello, I would like to update my BIOS to the latest... but I have no idea how to do this. I have been on the DFI website and downloaded the files for the DFI LANPARTY DK X58 A, but I have no idea how to use these in Windows 7. Can someone please offer me some advice?

That link does not work for me... the dfi.com site not the dfi.com.tw does... but they don't have instructions for AWARD BIOS for Windows 7... as far as I can tell - I dont want to do this wrong and have my computer fail even harder... Could you please copy and paste these?

Windows 7 is a further development of Vista so you should be OK to follow these instructions for award bios on Vista http://club.dfi.com.tw/tw/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=1837&forum=27&post_id=6679#forumpost6679

Okay I did that... but it just says "Press Any Key to restart..." when I boot up... and then it loads Windows... shouldn't it take longer then 0.00001 seconds?
