I plan on running Windows 7 32 and 64.
I don't intend to overclock at this time.
Intel Core i7-920 processor
ASUS P6TD Deluxe motherboard
Kingston KVR1066D3N7K3/6G memory kit
ATI Radeon HD 5850 1GB memory video card
Corsair HX-650 power supply
1 TB SATA harddrive
Sony Optiarc DVD drive, model AD-7241S-0B
Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS(didn't see a need to upgrade this)
Cooler Master ATCS 840, black case
Personally, there is no point in running both 32 and 64 bit windows as there are little to no compatibility issues with win 7 64. Otherwise looks like a solid build assuming you are going to be using the stock heatsink.
