  1. Is the E: a partition on the same drive, and physically right after the C: partition?
    What OS are you running?

    Hi,
If the E drive is contiguous behind the C partition, and if your os is Winodws 7, vista, or Windows Server 2008, the built-in disk management couold help you get your goal.
    Go to the disk management,
When you delete the E drive, it will become a full unallocated space, then you could right-click "C partition" and select "extend volume" then follow the wizards to complete the operation.

If the "extend volume" greyed out, you could refer to this article to solve the problem:

  3. use EASEUS patition manager to do that
