Need advice finishing out budget build (gaming/Video edit)

I need some help on a budget gaming build(also doing some basic video editing). Any suggestions would be a big help.
Running windows XP pro

This is what I already have:
Coolmaster haf922
Coolmaster V8 cpu cooler
Intel Core 2 duo E8400 (3.0 Ghz)

From my old pc I have:
Hard drive,
DVD drive

I am debating on these two motherboards (or open to better suggestion)

For strictly under $200, the 4890 would be better.
