Hello,
I have PC with this configuration:
MB: Asrock Extreme3 X58
CPU: Intel i7 930
RAM; PDP PATRIOT Extreme Performance Enhanced Latency Gaming Series - Memory - 6 GB : 3 x 2 GB - DIMM 240-pin - DDR3 - 1600 MHz / PC3-12800 - CL9 - 1.65 V - unbuffered - non-ECC Triple Latency Timings CL9 ( 9-9-9-24 )

I want to add more RAM to my PC and i'm thinking to buy this RAM - OCZ Gold XTC Triple Channel Kit - Memory - 6 GB : 3 x 2 GB - DIMM 240-pin - DDR3 - 1600 MHz / PC3-12800 - CL8 - 1.65 V - unbuffered - non-ECC Triple Latency Timings CL8 ( 8-8-8-24 ).

The main question is: are these RAMs will work together due to different latency timmings and how about compability?

They should work together however you're better off buying something with the same latency.
From what i understand the new ram will only run at CL9 anyways when paired with your Patriot kit.

Davcon is right, the new RAM will downclock to try to match the other set of sticks. Honestly though the performance difference would be so slight that I don't think you'd really notice.

I'd say go for it!
