Document queue

Window 7, I have a Network Share printer on; in both; the desktop and the laptop, when try to print, it tell me "document is queue" in the laptop, the printer is conected to the network administration comp(desktop)

So the printer connected directly to the admin comp and then shared out, correct?
I am assuming that the admin comp is turned on when your trying to print. Can you ping the admin comp from the two computers? Through network places can you see the admin comp and when you open it up do you see the shared printer?
