The best webcam windows 7

Dear Sirs,

I have buy 2 Webcam Logitech ( c210 , and QuickCam v11.7 ), but I can't install. I both cases I got negative results. I have PC Desk OPTIPLEX 780 and Windows 7 Professional.

I will appreciate if you advise me which Webcam should be suitable for my PC Desk.
