Help support saved my files after blocked my computer

Hello,

My computer was totally blocked after my daughter attempting to logg inn wrong password . i just newly bought my computer a month ago that i didnt get any chance to do any backup files . Can anyone give me any advice? how to reset password or change passwoord with out loosing all my files such pictures and so on ...! I mean is thier any other way to logg inn to my computer with out loosing all my pictures/important document files ??? Ill higly appreciate and give a big hug if someone could help me .

have tried logging in in Safe Mode as Administrator?

you could use a linux LiveCD to boot of and retrieve the files

I am not familiar with what the source of the lockdown is, computer protection suite, or windows. In xp I do believe there is not a limit unless you set one, so contacting your av provider may help. reboot and time are usually the factors, There are adapters that allow you to access data via usb of your hard drive, $25 or so.
