is it ok to overlcok phenom 2 955 be from 3.2 to 3.4 on a stock cooler? im idling right now and my temp is 36-37C

all i did was raise the multiplier from 16x to 17x

Thats fine, howver if you wish to go any higher i'd suggest you get an aftermarket cooler
