New boot drive

hello,
Im looking to get a new ssd boot drive, any suggestions on a drive? my budget is around 100-140 dollars. i dont need size so much as proformance. i have lots of HDD's that i can use for file storage and basic programs.
I would be using the solid state drive as a boot drive for windows and critical programs like system drivers, and my most used applications.
