Strange white stuff on Mobo

Hello, This isn't supposed to sound wrong, but I don't know how else to describe it... It looks a bit like battery acid... or dried toothpaste... It doesn't appear to have come from the capacitor, but rather from the micorprocessor next to it... the whole system appears to operate properly, but I just don't know what this stuff is...

I suggest you blow it off if you can. Likely nothing, just keep an eye on your system. Weird.

okay. thanks... couldn't blow it off, but I used a damp qtip and I'm letting it dry overnight... thanks for the help :)
