Cmos error

After a series of cmos errors i cannot start the pc. I started off with cmos errors when switching the pc on. I simply pressed F1 to start up windows without investigating the cmos errors, but now the cmos message errors does not appear and windows does not boot up. How do i solve the problem to get the pc working again?

  1. Try moving the plastic jumper on the board's pins labeled CLR_CMOS. First disconnect the power cord, then move the jumper from the two pis it connects in the default position to the other pin and the middle pin. Leave it a few seconds, and then re-place the jumper to its original position. Reconnect the power cord, and start the system. This resets the BIOS to its default settings; if you made any changes for your system, you'll have to enter the BIOS and reset them.
