Asus F5RL PRO50 notebook CMOS issue...

I have a ASUS F5RL PRO50 notebook running windows 7, I can't get into BIOS because of the CMOS password prompt. I don't want to try opening the case and have tried flashing the bios, I flashed it to the latest BIOS on the asus website, but still it asks for a password. Whar version bios should I flash to remove or RESET the CMOS?
