Home network access denied

I can only access certain files on all computers how do enable access to all have already checked Control Panel
Administrative Tools
Local Security Policy
+ Local Policies
+ Security Options

Network Access: Do not allow anonymous enumeration of SAM account, and shares. (Disabled)

Is this a firewall issue?

I think that this is probably as simple as ticking the right box. But i am still somewhat computer illiterate (can take direction quite well though)

Also how do i attach a print screen ( or any pic) here, was trying to show the exact error msg, but could not copy pic here is that because this only allows or converts to HTML

Turn off firewalls while setting up network. Have you enabled file sharing on relevant folders ?
