i have windows xp professional service pack-3 i have problem of shut down & restart and when i am surfing on internet an unwanted site opens of its own

Is that website is always same or different? This could be due to online virus infections. You should install an Internet Security Tool on your system. You can choose Kaspersky Internet Security tool.
