Help regarding motherboard

i want some help....

i bought a ati radeon hd 4350 graphics card but reliased that my pc doesn't have a pci 16x slot so what to do?

Is there a motherboard change required and if this do please tell me which mother board to buy as my pc's processor is an intel pentium 4.

Your board is an old Intel socket 478 board. It does not have a designated GPU slot so the only option for better GPU is PCI. A motherboard upgrade would be necessary for the card.
Today it is not cost effective to spend money on a system this old so I would rather suggest a full system upgrade. Something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.482715 is inexpensive and up to date and will allow you to use your new card.
