Looking for comments

I'm looking to upgrade my internal componets. I'm trying to keep this under $300 and I am just a casual gamer. These are what I am currently looking at:

AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0GHz Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Processor
GIGABYTE GV-R467ZL-1GI Radeon HD 4670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16
ASRock M3A770DE AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard

I have all non-listed parts including a 400w power supply. Any and all suggestions and comments are most welcome.

You could even almost squeeze in a 5670 if your budget's slightly flexible.

graphics card: $74.99

2 Crucial 1GB(total 2GB): $55.98

Subtotal $255.95


Also the lower the price the better. My main concern is making sure everything works together and that there is room for upgrades in the future. I am not an enthusiast. I do appreciate good graphics but I still feel like Super Mario Bros impresses me!
