4.2-4.5 ghz overclock on asus p8z77-v lk

can the asus p8z77-v lk overclock a intel i5 3570k to 4.2-4.5 ghz? would the gigabyte ud3h be any better. please dont suggest the asrock extreme 4 as its 170 bucks here in canada

I have overclocked with a couple AMD examples of the UD3 and a single Intel example of the P8Z77 V-Pro.

The Asus seems a little more "serious" in its build quality. (The MB heat sinks are pulled against the board with back plates where the UD3 just uses plastic clips.)

That being said, both overclocked well.

I have an ASUS asus p8z77-v PRO mobo and i3570k and am currently at 4.6g using h-100 cooler and running at 40c idle and I think I could go even higher if I wanted.
