I cant see my second hdd in disk management

i just cant see my second hdd in my computer as well as in disk management.but i can see it in device manager properly installed without any error.this problem is diffrent from others please help me...thnx

I have the same problem. Formatting the hard drive obviously isn't an option if Disk Management can't see it so a partition must be created (and you can't create a partition if Disk Management can't see it).

Try to use another cable, or another external drive case.

It clearly wasn't a cable or external drive problem, just the pitiful inadequacy of Windows 8 to handle fundamental OS functions like disk partitioning.

I downloaded and installed EaseUS Partition Master 9.2.2. and it did everything I needed it to do. Great program!
