Desktop problem

Hello,
pls my cpu is findin it difficult to display, iwas asked to go through window set up ,go to originalset up, then select r to start repair, pls help me out to fix my desktop effectively

Is the issue that you face with the Display or OS boot up?
A display driver issue cant be resolved with a repair of Windows!
