Radeon 5770 & Old motherboard work together?

I hate to ask such simple question but i'm not so good with computer hardware and my motherboard is old so do these parts work together?

Planning to buy this graphs card:
Asus EAH5770/2DI/512MD5/A Radeon HD5770 512MB DDR5 PCI Express

And here's my 3 year old motherboard:
Asus P5B (3 PCI, 3 PCI-E x1, 1 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN)

So again, i simply want to know if these 2 work together so the graphics card can be inserted into this motherboard. I appreciate any replys...
