It depends on your usage, 4GB RAM suffices for today's games/apps, unless you have multiple image/video editing projects opened at the same time, in which you better go with 8GB memory.
What's your usage ? are you going to OC ? and also how much do you want to spend ?

I might go 4 GB, asnd I'll be running windows 7 32 bit

Definitely upgrade to 64bit later for full RAM recognition
