Apple application and support do i need this on my pc

Hello,
I see in my control panel apple application and support, my question is do i need this it was not there before and I removed Itunes about the same time I saw this. I' m trying to get rid of the things I don't need for more space on my pc, but don't want to hurt anything.

If you're not using iTunes, Safari, QuickTime, or any other Apple software, then probably not.

Itunes also installs bonjour as another program you can remove if no itunes. There are probably bigger fish eating up your hard drive, I like to search for files larger than 5000k, see what I can live without. There are other options if needed, disk cleanup can help, my computer right click on c, properties, disk cleanup.
