Floppy Diskette Seek Failure, How do you fix the problem?

When I turn the computer on in the AM or anytime it has been off and I boot it up, I get the message "floppy diskette seek failure"

Strike F1 to continue or F2 to run the setup Utility. how do I fix this?

Boot into the bios and disable the floppy drive.
