Intel i7 930 components?

I'm building a new computer for extreme gaming, and this is my first build. I've decided on all of the components (including dual 25" samsung monitors with a 2GB 5870) but I have one issue. I want to buy an i7 930 that I can overclock to ~4GHz, but if I buy this, will it include the thermal paste and the cooler for the cpu? =\

yes it comes with a fan and past. but no way in heaven or hell will the standard cooler handle 4ghz for that you'll need something high end from
