None of those will eat much in terms of watts. Also as long as you're based in Kuwait go check uber systems website. They're based in Dubai but I believe they will ship to Kuwait. Otherwise I wouldn't take the thermaltake frio, or if you do chagne the fan, I used to have it and it is loud as ******* hell.
