I am not view the attachment from particular mail in outlook express

i am not view the attached *.doc files receive from particular mail ID(person) in outlook express. That person sent the same files to others and those peoples are received & downloaded that file and able to open and view.

Not exactly sure what you are asking here. make sure you have the correct program to open the attachment on your end. other than that I am not sure what the question is.
