Besides buying a crappy GPU and a small expensive case? It's alright.
Spend the extra $10 (regular GTX 285) and get the vastly superior HD 5870. There's a reason they put a pic of Batman on the nVidia card. It's the only game it's good at running...
If it's for gaming, the i5-750 is a better choice. You'd save around $300 on the CPU/mobo/RAM, which would be enough to get the best GPU ever made: HD 5970.
As for the case, you should really get the HAF 922. It's a lot bigger, which is good for cooling and for a massive GPU.
So to sum it all up, here's my changes:
CPU: i5-750 $200 (saves $90)
Mobo: Asus P7P55D-E Pro $190 (Yes, I know about the bad sound in the reviews, and yes, I still recommend it) (saves $95)
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2 GB 1600 mhz CAS Latency 7 $115 (saves ~$70)
GPU: HD 5970 $650 (costs $260)
Case: HAF 922 $110 (costs $20)
Total change in price: $25 more. And a much better gaming machine.
